Will it fit my glasses?
Yes. The soft stretch loops fit any temple arm — thin metal readers, chunky acetate, and thicker smart-glasses arms, including Ray-Ban Meta frames. One loop works across every pair you own. (Loophauss is an independent brand, not affiliated with or endorsed by any eyewear maker.)
Will the chain scratch my frames?
No. Only the soft grip loops touch your glasses, and they hold the temple tips — the metal stays on the chain, never on your frame finish. It slides on and off in seconds and leaves no marks.
What are the loops made of?
Weighted metal chains with a gold-tone or silver-tone finish, tortoiseshell-look acetate links, and freshwater-style pearls. We don't claim solid gold or sterling silver, because they aren't — it's quality plating over a metal core, made for daily wear. Full specs are on every product page.
Will the finish tarnish or turn my skin green?
The plating is skin-friendly [confirm] and built for everyday wear. Like any plated jewelry, it lasts longest kept dry — take it off before swimming or showering, and store it flat. Care instructions come in the box [confirm].
Is it heavy or annoying to wear all day?
Each loop is weighted like a necklace, not a tow rope. Gold Link, Silver Link, Tortoise, and Pearl are light enough to forget. Gold Bold is deliberately chunky — that's the point.
Where do you ship, and how fast?
EU-wide, tracked, from the Netherlands. Netherlands and Belgium usually arrive in 1–3 business days [confirm]; the rest of the EU in 3–7 business days [confirm]. Shipping is free on orders over €59 — any two loops get you there, even with the pair discount applied.
What's your returns policy?
30 days, no drama. If a loop isn't right, return it within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in its original packaging, for a full refund. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
I've never heard of Loophauss. Why should I trust a brand-new store?
Fair question. We're new and we say so. EU-based, tracked shipping, 30-day returns, real product photos, and zero invented reviews. Five products we obsessed over instead of five hundred we didn't.
